Description (merchant text)

Storm Nation Shammy Green is a dual-surface leather pad designed to remove lane oil from your bowling ball between shots. Wiping your ball after each throw keeps the coverstock clean, which helps maintain a consistent reaction throughout your session. The Storm leather absorbs oil effectively and helps restore the tacky feel your coverstock needs for a strong backend motion.

Details

- Type: Dual-surface leather shammy pad

- Material: Oil-absorbing leather

- Color: Green

- Brand: Storm

- Care: Hand wash with mild soap, air dry

Pro Tip: Use your shammy after every shot to wipe oil off the ball’s surface. A clean ball reads the lane more consistently than one coated in oil. Hand wash your shammy with mild dish soap when it feels saturated and let it air dry completely before your next session.

Our Take: The Storm Shammy is one of the most popular pads we sell. It absorbs oil fast, holds up through a full season of league play, and the overlock stitching doesn’t unravel like cheaper options. If you’re buying your first shammy or replacing a worn one, this is the one we hand people when they ask what we’d use ourselves.
