Merchant catalogs as small factual pages: one product per page with price, availability, specs, variants, buy link and the merchant's shipping, returns and payment terms. Every page exists as HTML, .md and .json (same URL plus suffix). Prices and availability carry the time they were copied from the merchant; the merchant's site is authoritative.
