Description (merchant text, shortened)

The Effect Core With Clean Length and a Strong Backend

About the Full Effect

The Hammer Full Effect is the cleanest, most angular member of the Effect line. It pairs the asymmetric Huntsman Core with the polished HK22C2 Hybrid coverstock, so it gets down the lane cleaner than the other Effects and finishes with a strong, angular move on medium to heavy oil and transition. It is the length-and-angle piece of the Effect family.

The Full Effect shares the strong Huntsman asymmetric core with the rest of the Effect line but wraps it in a polished HK22C2 hybrid cover. That cleaner surface lets the ball conserve energy through the heads, so the Full Effect reads later and finishes stronger, the modern, angular option in the Effect family.

Understanding the Hammer Huntsman Core and Hammer HK22C2 Hybrid Reactive

Hammer built the Full Effect for clean length and a strong backend on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric Huntsman Core posts a 2.470 RG, a strong .050 differential, and a .017 intermediate differential for high flare and a defined breakpoint, while the polished HK22C2 Hybrid cover reads later than the other Effects and saves energy for a strong move down lane. As a result, it gives you length with a strong, angular backend. The per-weight specifications are listed below.

A Strong Asymmetric Core, Shared Across the Effect Line

At the heart of the Full Effect is the asymmetric Huntsman Core, shared across the Effect line. At 15 lb it measures a 2.470 RG, a strong .050 differential, and a .017 intermediate differential, a combination that produces high track flare and a defined, asymmetric breakpoint.

Because the Huntsman core is asymmetric, your pro shop can tune the layout to control how clean and how strong the Full Effect plays. Pairing this strong core with a polished hybrid cover is what gives the Full Effect its clean length and angular finish.

A Polished HK22C2 Hybrid for Length and a Strong Backend

The Full Effect wraps that core in Hammer's HK22C2 Hybrid Reactive coverstock at a 1500-grit finish with factory compound. The premium HK22C2 hybrid and polished surface let the ball clear the front of the lane cleanly, so it reads later than the sanded Effects and saves its energy for a strong, angular move off the friction.

That clean read and strong backend make the Full Effect the length-and-angle piece of the Effect line: when the solid and sanded Effects read too early on a drying lane, the Full Effect pushes through the heads and finishes strong. Leave it polished for length and angle, or take the surface down at your pro shop for an earlier, stronger read on more oil.
