The Dexter H7 provides the least amount of braking in the SST heel lineup. This red rubber heel lets your slide carry through longer with minimal resistance, built for bowlers who prefer a long, smooth finish.

Dexter's interchangeable heels range from H7 (least brake) to H1 (most brake). Choosing the right heel is just as important as choosing the right sole, your heel controls how quickly you stop at the end of your slide.

How to Install
Peel off your current heel, place the new heel on your shoe, trace the outline, and trim with scissors. Apply your full body weight to press the heel firmly into place before bowling.

To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam bowling balls ship for $24.95 per ball, most other items free; oversized roller bags cost extra there. International orders pay the rate shown at checkout, duties paid locally.
- Processing and delivery: In-stock items ordered by 2PM EST Monday to Friday ship the same day, later orders the next business day. Carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx. Standard delivery 3 to 7 business days; expedited options at checkout.
- Returns: 60 days from delivery for US customers on new, unused items in original packaging, free prepaid return labels. Drilled bowling balls cannot be returned or exchanged.
