Description (merchant text)

BSI Shammy Red Black is a dual-surface leather pad designed to remove lane oil from your bowling ball between shots. Wiping your ball after each throw keeps the coverstock clean, which helps maintain a consistent reaction throughout your session. The BSI leather absorbs oil effectively and helps restore the tacky feel your coverstock needs for a strong backend motion.

Details

- Type: Dual-surface leather shammy pad

- Material: Oil-absorbing leather

- Color: Black, Red

- Brand: BSI

- Care: Hand wash with mild soap, air dry

Pro Tip: Use your shammy after every shot to wipe oil off the ball’s surface. A clean ball reads the lane more consistently than one coated in oil. Hand wash your shammy with mild dish soap when it feels saturated and let it air dry completely before your next session.

Our Take: BSI’s shammy uses a microfiber cotton/polyester blend instead of traditional leather. It’s a different feel, but effective at oil removal. Worth trying if you prefer a softer touch.
