Abralon Finishing Pads Combo 7 Pack gives you one pad of each grit, 180, 360, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000, so you can adjust your bowling ball’s surface to any condition. Lower grits create more surface texture for heavier oil, while higher grits smooth the ball out for drier lanes. Having the full range means you can dial in your ball reaction no matter what the lanes give you.

Quick Grit Guide
- 180–360: Maximum surface, earliest roll. Use on heavy oil.
- 500: Medium surface. Common factory finish. Works on a wide range of conditions.
- 1000: Fine surface. More length, cleaner through the front.
- 2000–3000: Very fine. Near-polished length with angular backend.
- 4000: Finest grit. Maximum length, sharpest backend snap.
Pro Tip: Always sand with the ball spinning on a ball spinner or cup for the most even scratch pattern. Wet sanding with a few drops of water produces a more consistent finish than dry sanding. Work in a cross-body pattern and spend at least 30 seconds per surface.
