- Returns: 60 days from delivery on new, unused items with tags and original packaging; free prepaid return labels, no restocking fee, refund within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Custom jerseys are taken back only for production errors, quality defects or shipping damage, not for change of mind, a wrong size ordered or a design error the customer approved.
