- Shipping: Free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum, all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses pay $20 to $40 extra and take 2 to 10 business days. Carriers USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx; every package is tracked and insured. International orders ship worldwide at the rate shown at checkout, 7 to 21 business days, customs and duties paid by the customer.
- Production and delivery: Custom jerseys: standard production 22 to 28 business days at no charge; semi-rush 15 to 21 days +$15; rush 7 to 14 days +$25; super rush 2 to 4 business days +$50. Delivery 1 to 5 business days after production.
- Returns: 60 days from delivery on new, unused items with tags and original packaging; free prepaid return labels, no restocking fee, refund within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Custom jerseys are taken back only for production errors, quality defects or shipping damage, not for change of mind, a wrong size ordered or a design error the customer approved. Shipping damage: report within 24 hours of delivery with photos to orders@coolwick.com.
- Payment: Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Cash App Pay, and buy now pay later through Affirm, Afterpay (order value $35 to $1,000) and Klarna.
