It pairs the asymmetric Vexed Core with the HK22C+ Solid coverstock at a coarse sanded finish, delivering an early, smooth read with a low intermediate differential for a continuous, predictable motion. It is a strong-reading asymmetric without an erratic, sharp backend.\n\nThe Vexed pairs an early-reading cover with a controllable core. The Vexed core has a low differential and a low intermediate differential, so it reads smooth and even, while the sanded HK22C+ solid cover reads the midlane early and grips medium to heavy oil. The result is a controllable, continuous asymmetric that gets into a roll early and holds its line, ideal for bowlers who want shape with control.\n\nUnderstanding the Radical Vexed Asymmetric Core and Radical HK22C+ Solid Reactive\n\nRadical built the Vexed for a controllable, even asymmetric read on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric Vexed Core posts a 2.498 RG, a .036 differential, and a low .012 intermediate differential, numbers that produce a smooth, continuous breakpoint with controllable flare, while the HK22C+ Solid cover at a 3000-grit finish reads the midlane early. As a result, it gives you an early, controllable asymmetric motion that holds its line. The per-weight specifications are listed below.\n\nAn Asymmetric Core Tuned for a Smooth, Even Motion\n\nAt the heart of the Vexed is the asymmetric Vexed Core. At 15 lb it measures a 2.498 RG, a .036 differential, and a low .012 intermediate differential, a combination that produces a smooth, continuous breakpoint with controllable flare. The low differential and low intermediate differential keep the motion even and predictable, so the Vexed reads strong but holds its line rather than flipping at the breakpoint.\n\nRadical wraps the Vexed core in DynamiCore for added durability and a stronger hitting ball. Because the core is asymmetric, your pro shop can still tune the layout, but the low numbers give the Vexed a controllable, even shape that rewards bowlers who want predictability.\n\nA Coarse HK22C+ Solid That Reads the Midlane Early\n\nThe Vexed wraps that core in Radical's HK22C+ Solid Reactive coverstock at a coarse 3000-grit Siaair finish. HK22C+ is the strongest tier of Radical's HyperKinetic22 cover family, and at this sanded finish it reads the midlane early and grips medium to heavy oil, so the ball gets into an even roll and holds its line through the pattern.\n\nPaired with the controllable Vexed core, the HK22C+ solid gives the Vexed an early, smooth read that resists over-reacting. Leave it at the 3000-grit box finish for an even read, take the surface lower for more traction on the heaviest oil, or polish it up for more length as the lanes dry.\n\nVexed Specs\n\nRG and differential vary by weight. Specifications provided by the manufacturer.\n\nWho This Ball Is Right For\n\n✓Control Players: A smooth, even asymmetric that reads early and holds its line on medium to heavy oil\n\n✓Higher-Rev Bowlers: A low-differential asymmetric that gives revs a controllable, continuous motion rather than a sharp flip\n\n✓Tournament Players: An early-reading, predictable asymmetric for clearing the heads and holding the pocket\n\n✓Arsenal Builders: A controllable, even asymmetric for the medium-to-heavy part of the bag\n\nGood to Know Before You Buy\n\n·Ships at a clean box finish: The 3000 Grit finish is a smooth, sanded surface that still gets down the lane. Take it lower for an earlier read on heavier oil, or polish it up for more length.\n\n·Asymmetric layout sensitivity: Layout choices shift the reaction more than on a symmetric ball. Match the pin and mass bias to your game with your pro shop.\n\n·Colors vary: Actual colors vary somewhat from the photos shown; no two balls come out of the mold exactly alike.\n\n·Tiny pit holes are normal: A few tiny pit holes in the coverstock are a normal part of the manufacturing process.\n\n·Sold undrilled: Ships without finger holes, so it can be fitted to your hand and span.\n\nBowlersMart Tips: Where the Vexed Fits in Your Radical Arsenal\n\nWhere It Fits in Your Arsenal\n\nIn the Radical lineup, the Vexed is the controllable, even-rolling asymmetric for medium to heavy oil. Its low intermediate differential makes it read more continuously than the sharper Torpedo and Guru pieces, so it is a strong option for bowlers who want an early, predictable shape with control. Move to a pearl for more length as the lane transitions.\n\nSurface Adjustments\n\nThe 3000-grit Siaair finish gives the Vexed its early, even read. Take the surface lower for more traction on the heaviest oil, or polish it up for more length as the lanes dry. Have surface changes done at your pro shop for an even, consistent finish.\n\nCoverstock Care\n\nWipe the HK22C+ Solid cover with an approved reactive ball cleaner after every session, and deep clean it periodically. A sanded solid like the Vexed relies on a fresh, clean surface to keep reading the midlane early.\n\nEarn points on every Radical purchase through the Striking Rewards loyalty program.
