It sits in the athletic tier of the KR line, an easy pick for league nights or casual open play when you want sneaker-like comfort with a true bowling slide. Built for both right and left-handed bowlers, it pairs stylish knitted mesh upper that keeps your feet lighter and more breathable while you bowl with cushioned, all-day comfort, so it feels broken in from the first frame. How the KR Strikeforce Lux Slides Because it carries a slide pad on both shoes, there is no wrong foot. Either foot can lead your slide, which makes it an easy, forgiving choice for newer bowlers, two-handers, and anyone who wants one shoe that simply works. The Slide Pads and FlexSlide Both shoes ship with a #8 white microfiber slide pad backed by FlexSlide Technology. The #8 pad is a true slide setup that glides clean and consistent right out of the box on the lighter conditioning most house lanes carry, with no break-in needed. Having the same slide pad on both feet is what makes it universal. A right-handed bowler slides on the left foot and a left-handed bowler slides on the right, and because both shoes are set up to slide, it fits either bowler with no hand to choose at checkout. The Upper, Cushioning, and Outsole A stylish knitted mesh upper keeps the Lux light and breathable, while the high back heel and collar design adds support for a more stable feel on the approach. The lace-up Komfort-Fit construction creates a secure, comfortable fit. Underfoot, the CMEVA outsole reduces weight and adds comfort for longer sessions, and an open-cell foam deluxe footbed adds cushioning step after step. KR Strikeforce Lux Specs Specifications provided by the manufacturer. Who This Shoe Is Right For ✓New and casual bowlers: A forgiving, no-wrong-foot slide and sneaker-like comfort make it an easy first pair. ✓Right or left-handed: A #8 slide pad on both shoes means one shoe fits either bowling hand. ✓League and open play: Lightweight, breathable, and cushioned for long blocks or a casual night out. ✓Comfort-first players: Cushioned and padded so it feels broken in from the first frame. Good to Know Before You Buy ·Universal slide: Both shoes slide, so this is an athletic shoe, not a handed performance shoe. Stronger players who want a gripping push-off foot should look at an interchangeable performance model. ·Fit: These run true to size. Order your normal street size, or go down a half size for a snugger slide. ·Width: This colorway is standard width. ·Slide pads: The #8 microfiber pads are fixed, not interchangeable, and glide best on typical house conditioning.
