By popular demand, Hammer brought back the proven Obsession Tour core from the Obsession and Envy Tour series and paired it with a first-of-its-kind coverstock innovation.\n\nFor the first time, the HK22C2 additives that helped make the Zero Mercy line one of Hammer's biggest recent successes have been infused into a Tour cover formulation: the C2 Tour Edition solid. The result is the perfect blend of traction and control, strong enough to handle heavier oil volumes while maintaining the smooth, predictable motion Tour ball enthusiasts love. It reads the lane with confidence, handles volume with ease, and continues through the pins without losing energy downlane, in a deep Crimson solid at a 500, 1000 Siaair Micro Pad finish.\n\nUnderstanding the Hammer Obsession Tour and Hammer C2 Tour Edition Solid Reactive\n\nHammer built the Zero Mercy Tour for smooth, predictable benchmark motion on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric Obsession Tour core carries a low RG with a moderate differential (2.469 RG, .034 differential, .013 intermediate differential at 15 lb), so it revs early and rolls smoothly rather than snapping, while the C2 Tour Edition solid cover at a 500, 1000 Siaair Micro Pad finish digs into heavier volume with the HK22C2 additives that made the Zero Mercy line a success. The 13 and 12 lb weights use a dedicated core (2.597 RG, .041 differential at 13 lb). The full per-weight numbers are listed below.\n\nThe Proven Tour Core, Back by Popular Demand\n\nAt the heart of the Zero Mercy Tour is the asymmetric Obsession Tour core, the engine from the Obsession Tour and Envy Tour series that Hammer brought back by popular demand. At 15 lb it measures a low 2.469 RG, a moderate .034 differential, and a .013 intermediate differential, the classic Tour recipe: early roll, controlled flare, and a smooth, predictable arc instead of a sharp snap.\n\nThat controlled shape is what Tour ball enthusiasts love, and it is what makes the Zero Mercy Tour a benchmark: it reads the lane with confidence and continues through the pins without losing energy downlane. The 13 and 12 lb weights carry a dedicated core (2.597 RG, .041 differential, .014 intermediate differential at 13 lb).\n\nA First-of-Its-Kind Tour Cover Infused With HK22C2 Additives\n\nWrapping the Obsession Tour core is the C2 Tour Edition solid coverstock, a first-of-its-kind formulation. For the first time, Hammer infused the HK22C2 additives that helped make the Zero Mercy line one of its biggest recent successes into a Tour cover, and finished it at 500, 1000 Siaair Micro Pad for a strong, sanded box surface.\n\nThe result is the perfect blend of traction and control: strong enough to handle heavier oil volumes, while maintaining the smooth, predictable motion the Tour line is known for. Keep the Micro Pad box finish for the strongest read on heavy oil, or polish it up at your pro shop for a cleaner, longer look when the volume drops.\n\nZero Mercy Tour Specs\n\nRG and differential vary by weight. Specifications provided by the manufacturer.\n\nWho This Ball Is Right For\n\n✓Tour Ball Enthusiasts: The Obsession Tour core is back, with the smooth, predictable motion the Tour line is loved for\n\n✓Tournament Players: A benchmark for fresh, heavier patterns that reads the lane with confidence and continues through the pins\n\n✓Rev-Dominant Players: The low RG and moderate differential roll early and arc rather than snap\n\n✓Zero Mercy Fans: The same HK22C2 traction chemistry, in a controlled Tour shape\n\nGood to Know Before You Buy\n\n·Ships sanded for traction: The 500, 1000 Siaair Micro Pad finish is built to grip in oil. Polish it for more length when the volume drops.\n\n·Asymmetric layout sensitivity: Layout choices shift the reaction more than on a symmetric ball. Match the pin and mass bias to your game with your pro shop.\n\n·Colors vary: Actual colors vary somewhat from the photos shown; no two balls come out of the mold exactly alike.\n\n·Tiny pit holes are normal: A few tiny pit holes in the coverstock are a normal part of the manufacturing process.\n\n·Sold undrilled: Ships without finger holes, so it can be fitted to your hand and span.\n\nBowlersMart Tips: Where the Zero Mercy Tour Fits in Your Hammer Arsenal\n\nWhere It Fits in Your Arsenal\n\nIn the Hammer lineup, the Zero Mercy Tour is the benchmark for medium to heavy oil: the smooth, early-rolling ball you build the bag around. It sits alongside the Zero Mercy Solid at the top of the bag, the Tour for control and the Solid for more angle, then you step down to the Zero Mercy Hybrid and Zero Mercy Pearl as the lanes transition.\n\nSurface Adjustments\n\nThe 500, 1000 Siaair Micro Pad finish ships sanded for an earlier, stronger read. Polish it up at your pro shop for more length when the volume drops, or refresh the box surface to restore the traction. Have surface changes done at your pro shop for an even, consistent finish.\n\nCoverstock Care\n\nReactive covers absorb oil over time, which softens the reaction. Wipe the ball down after every set and deep clean it periodically so the C2 Tour Edition solid cover keeps the motion it shipped with.\n\nEarn points on every Hammer purchase through the Striking Rewards loyalty program. Every ball you add to your arsenal builds toward your next reward.\n\nShop With Confidence at BowlersMart\n\nThe Hammer Zero Mercy Tour Bowling Ball ships free with no minimum purchase and is backed by our 60-day return policy. As an authorized Hammer dealer, every ball is genuine and covered by the full two-year Hammer warranty.
