Sole\n\nAbout the Epic Ares Dial\n\nThe Epic Ares Dial brings a micro-adjustable dial fit and a swappable slide sole to bowlers who want real performance at a mid price. It is built for the right-handed bowler who wants to dial in a precise, secure fit and tune the slide to the lane.\n\nThe Epic Dial closure locks in uniform tension across the foot with a single twist, with no laces to retie between frames, and when the slide sole eventually wears, you replace the sole instead of the shoe.\n\nHow the Epic Ares Dial Slides\n\nYour slide foot is the one opposite your bowling hand, so as a right-handed bowler you slide on your left foot and push off with your right. The Ares Dial puts a removable slide sole on that left foot for a controlled glide to the line, and a non-marking rubber push-off sole on the right foot for a stable, powerful plant.\n\nThe Removable Slide Sole\n\nThe Ares Dial ships with an B-3 slide sole on the slide foot, an average-slide pad that works across the widest range of approaches. The sole is removable and cross-brand compatible, so you can swap in a different slide pad to match a tacky house floor or a slick tournament pattern, or simply replace it when it wears.\n\nThe heel is fixed for consistent, stable footing, so the slide sole is the part you tune. A little trimming may be needed to fit a replacement pad, which your pro shop can handle in minutes.\n\nThe Dial Closure, Upper, and Support\n\nThe Epic Dial closure system tightens with a twist and holds uniform tension across the whole foot, so there are no pressure points or hot spots through a long session. The performance faux leather upper with patent faux-leather inlays holds its shape through the repeated stress of your approach.\n\nUnderneath, the Power Flex EPIC EVA midsole with dura-flex channels keeps the shoe flexible and comfortable, while an external molded TPU heel stabilizer locks the heel in place for a balanced finish at the line.\n\nEpic Ares Dial Specs\n\nSpecifications provided by the manufacturer.\n\nWho This Shoe Is Right For\n\n✓Right-handed league bowlers: A precise, dial-in fit and real slide control at a mid price\n\n✓Bowlers who want a secure fit: The Epic Dial holds uniform tension with no pressure points through a long block\n\n✓Bowlers who want to tune their slide: Swap the removable slide sole to match a tacky or slick approach\n\n✓Value seekers: Dial closure and a replaceable slide sole without a premium price\n\nGood to Know Before You Buy\n\n·Right-handed build: The slide sole is on the left foot. Left-handed bowlers need a left-handed shoe or a universal shoe.\n\n·Slide sole interchangeable, heel fixed: The slide sole swaps out so you can tune the glide; the heel and the push-off sole are fixed.\n\n·Standard width: Offered in standard width. If you need a wide fit, see our wide-width options.\n\n·Ready to bowl: Fits true to size and needs no break-in, dial it in and go.\n\n·Colors vary: Actual colors may vary somewhat from the photos shown.\n\nBowlersMart Tips: Getting the Most From the Epic Ares Dial\n\nDialing In Your Slide\n\nThe B-3 slide sole is an average-slide pad that suits most approaches. If you slide too far on slick lanes, drop to a grippier pad; if you stick on tacky approaches, move to a slicker one. The sole is cross-brand compatible, so the pads you already use will fit with a little trimming.\n\nFit and Sizing\n\nThe Ares Dial fits true to size. Order your normal street size, or size down a half for a snugger, more consistent slide. Unisex sizing runs men's 6 through 15 in standard width.\n\nCare\n\nWipe the slide sole clean and keep it off carpet and debris to protect the glide, and store the shoes in the included bag between sessions.\n\nEarn points on every Epic purchase through the Striking Rewards loyalty program. Every pair you add builds toward your next reward.\n\nShop With Confidence at BowlersMart\n\nThe Epic Ares Dial Performance Right Hand Black Red Bowling Shoes ships free with no minimum purchase and is backed by our 60-day return policy.
