## Description (merchant text, shortened)
An Early-Reading Asymmetric for Medium to Heavy Oil

About the Heckler Taunt

The DV8 Heckler Taunt is the earlier-reading, more aggressive version of the Heckler. It pairs the asymmetric Unholy Core with the Maximum Havoc Hybrid coverstock at a sanded finish, so it reads the midlane early and drives hard through the pins on medium to heavy oil. It is the traction-first piece of the Heckler pair.

The Heckler Taunt shares the strong Unholy asymmetric core with the Heckler Hybrid but wraps it in a sanded 2000-grit surface. That coarser finish grabs the lane earlier than the polished Hybrid, so the Taunt reads sooner and rolls stronger, giving you an early, defined asymmetric shape when the lane has the most oil.

Understanding the DV8 Unholy Core and DV8 Maximum Havoc Hybrid Reactive

DV8 built the Heckler Taunt for an early, strong asymmetric read on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric Unholy Core posts a 2.504 RG, a strong .051 differential, and a .010 intermediate differential, numbers that produce high flare and a defined breakpoint, while the Maximum Havoc Hybrid cover at a 500, 1000, 2000 Siaair Micro Pad finish reads the midlane early and drives through the pins. As a result, it gives you a strong, controllable asymmetric motion. The per-weight specifications are listed below.

A Strong Asymmetric Core, Shared With the Heckler Hybrid

At the heart of the Heckler Taunt is the asymmetric Unholy Core, the same strong block used in the Heckler Hybrid. At 15 lb it measures a 2.504 RG, a strong .051 differential, and a .010 intermediate differential, a combination that produces high track flare and a defined, asymmetric breakpoint.

DV8 wraps the Unholy core in DynamiCore for added durability and a stronger hitting ball, along with the patent-pending Durability Optimization Technology (DOT). Pairing this core with a sanded surface is what gives the Heckler Taunt its early, strong read, and because it is asymmetric, your pro shop can tune the layout to your game.

A Sanded Hybrid Cover for an Early, Strong Read

The Heckler Taunt wraps that core in DV8's Maximum Havoc Hybrid Reactive coverstock at a 500, 1000, 2000 Siaair Micro Pad finish. The hybrid cover blends solid and pearl material, but at this sanded 2000-grit finish it reads the midlane early and grabs medium to heavy oil, so the ball gets into a strong roll and drives through the pins.

That early, traction-first read is what separates the Heckler Taunt from the polished Heckler Hybrid: it reads sooner and rolls stronger, making it the choice when the lane has more oil. Leave it at the 2000 Siaair box finish for medium to heavy oil, take the surface lower for more traction, or polish it up for a cleaner, longer look as the lanes dry.
