## Description (merchant text, shortened)
A Clean, Versatile Asymmetric for Medium to Heavy Oil

About the Heckler Hybrid

The DV8 Heckler Hybrid is the cleaner, more versatile version of the Heckler, engineered to give bowlers a strong but readable asymmetric. It pairs the asymmetric Unholy Core with the HK22C Maximum Havoc hybrid coverstock at a polished finish, so it gets down the lane cleaner than the sanded Heckler Taunt and finishes with a strong, controllable move on medium to heavy oil and transition.

The Heckler Hybrid shares the strong Unholy asymmetric core with the Heckler Taunt but wraps it in a polished HK22C hybrid surface. That cleaner finish lets the ball conserve energy through the heads, so the Hybrid reads later and finishes stronger, a versatile choice for a wide range of conditions. It is a popular option for two-handed and no-thumb bowlers who want a clean, strong asymmetric.

Understanding the DV8 Unholy Core and DV8 HK22C Maximum Havoc Hybrid Reactive

DV8 built the Heckler Hybrid for a clean, versatile asymmetric read on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric Unholy Core posts a 2.504 RG, a strong .051 differential, and a .010 intermediate differential for high flare and a defined breakpoint, while the HK22C Maximum Havoc hybrid cover at a polished finish reads later than the sanded Heckler Taunt and saves energy for a strong move down lane. As a result, it gives you length with a strong, controllable backend. The per-weight specifications are listed below.

A Strong Asymmetric Core, Shared With the Heckler Taunt

At the heart of the Heckler Hybrid is the asymmetric Unholy Core, the same strong block used in the Heckler Taunt. At 15 lb it measures a 2.504 RG, a strong .051 differential, and a .010 intermediate differential, a combination that produces high track flare and a defined, asymmetric breakpoint.

DV8 wraps the Unholy core in DynamiCore for added durability and a stronger hitting ball, along with the patent-pending Durability Optimization Technology (DOT). Pairing this core with a polished hybrid cover is what gives the Heckler Hybrid its cleaner, more versatile read, and because it is asymmetric, your pro shop can tune the layout to your game.

A Polished HK22C Hybrid for Length With a Strong Backend

The Heckler Hybrid wraps that core in DV8's HK22C Maximum Havoc Hybrid Reactive coverstock at a 500, 1000, 1500 Siaair / Factory Compound finish. As a hybrid, the cover blends solid and pearl material, and the polished surface lets the ball clear the front of the lane cleanly, so it reads later than the sanded Heckler Taunt and saves its energy for a strong move off the friction.

That clean read and strong backend make the Heckler Hybrid the versatile partner to the Taunt: when the sanded version reads too early on a drying lane, the Hybrid pushes through the heads and finishes strong. Leave it polished for length and a strong backend, or take the surface down at your pro shop for an earlier, stronger read on more oil.
